  • Yes it is. It is gluten free certified

  • Xylitol is a sugar alcohol with a low glycemic index. Whereas regular sugar is 60–70, xylitol has an index of 7.

    It is our chief nutritionist’s opinion that xylitol is an optimal sweetener that preserves the Daily Waffle’s wholesome characteristics.

  • Because they are tasty. All jokes aside, sweet potatoes have a high level of nutrients. We only use ingredients that have nutrient density and that we believe taste great.

  • Yes, it is a frozen waffle and you need to keep them in the freezer.

    Our waffles do not have any preservatives so freezing them is the only way to keep them fresh.

  • You can let them thaw out on the way to work, school or any other activity. they will be fine for the day.

    You can pop them in your toaster (or oven) and have them warm.

    Or, if you can’t wait, you can have them frozen, right out of the freezer.

  • A whole lot of things, or more precisely, the lack of a whole bunch of nasty ingredients. It’s all gluten free, soy free, preservatives free and with no added sugar.

    Furthermore, we only use ingredients that are actually good for you.

  • Daily Waffle’s high level of fat comes from the coconut cream and coconut oil we use. These are the good fats that feed your brain.
