6. Delivery and shipping

We currently deliver within Portugal only in the Lisbon area and may expand to other regions. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

  • Orders will be delivered after payment of the order.

  • Mildersjonghe makes every effort to deliver orders within the usual period from 2 to 5 working days, counting from receipt of the order, insofar as the order falls within the limit of available stock.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you receive a spoiled product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof of the issue (e.g., photos) at hello@mildersjonghe.co. We will arrange a replacement or a refund, subject to our discretion
